the next generation

Developing as a natural history story teller in these times is a complex task. The habitats, eco-systems and species that inhabit the world with us are facing unprecedented pressures and knowing which stories to focus on and how to tell them and who to tell them to is a challenging business. At the same time technologies are developing quickly with ever more ingenious ways to bring visual connections to a mass audience. As a group we have worked hard to develop a style, a passion and an understanding for all these elements and our work reflects this effort. Our exhibition will feature stills photography, moving image films, installations, books, virtual reality and animation shorts covering stories that we are most excited and engaged by. As individuals we all bring something unique and different to the event but as a group we all share on thing in common: a passion for the natural world and a curiosity and desire to tell the stories that matter.

The natural world is the greatest source of excitement, the greatest source of visual beauty. It is the greatest source of so much in life that makes life worth living.
